FrozeNet accepts advertising, sponsorships and paid content formats where they are relevant to the frozen food value chain and useful to a professional B2B audience.
This policy explains how sponsored content, advertisement features, partner material and other commercial placements are handled on FrozeNet.
What sponsored content means
Sponsored content is paid content created or published as part of a commercial arrangement. It may include sponsored articles, advertisement features, partner messages, newsletter sponsorships, category sponsorships, branded visibility or other commercial formats.
Sponsored content may explain a technology, present a company story, support a product or service, discuss an operational challenge, introduce a solution or communicate a commercial position to FrozeNet's professional audience.
Labelling and transparency
Sponsored articles, advertisement features, partner content and other commercial placements are commercial formats and are clearly identified through labels, placement context, page structure or other disclosure methods.
FrozeNet does not intend sponsored content to appear as independent editorial coverage. Paid content should be clear enough for a reasonable reader to understand that it is connected to a commercial arrangement.
Editorial handling of sponsored content
The strongest sponsored content model is a client brief combined with FrozeNet writing, editing and final formatting. This helps keep the material clear, readable and relevant to a specialist B2B audience.
Commercial partners may provide technical material, product information, executive comments, images, claims, data, positioning documents or other inputs. These materials are treated as client-supplied information unless independently verified.
No automatic endorsement
Paid placement does not automatically constitute independent editorial endorsement. The presence of a sponsor, advertiser, product, company name or external link on FrozeNet does not mean that FrozeNet independently endorses that company, product or service unless explicitly stated.
Sponsored content can be useful and professionally relevant, but it remains different from independent editorial coverage.
Claims and suitability
FrozeNet may refuse, revise or request clarification for commercial claims that appear unclear, unsupported, exaggerated, misleading, technically weak, unsuitable for the audience or inconsistent with the platform's editorial standards.
We may also reject paid content that falls outside FrozeNet's subject area, conflicts with the platform's professional positioning or appears designed primarily to manipulate search visibility rather than inform a relevant B2B audience.
Links in paid content
Links included as part of paid placements, sponsorships, advertisement features or other commercial arrangements may be marked with appropriate attributes such as sponsored or nofollow where relevant.
FrozeNet may edit, limit or remove links that are excessive, irrelevant, misleading, low quality or inconsistent with the purpose of the content.
Relationship with independent editorial coverage
Advertising or sponsorship does not guarantee independent editorial coverage. It also does not prevent FrozeNet from covering relevant industry developments involving advertisers, sponsors or competitors where editorially appropriate.
Independent editorial decisions remain separate from paid visibility formats.
AI-assisted production
Where appropriate, FrozeNet may use AI-assisted tools to support research organization, drafting, editing, summarization and production workflow for sponsored content. Final review and publication responsibility remain under human editorial responsibility.
