You may use this process to suggest a company for inclusion, correct factual information, update a company profile, request a category review or provide public source material that may help FrozeNet improve an existing entry.
What this page is for
The Company Update Request process helps FrozeNet keep the Industry Index more accurate, useful and current. It is intended for factual updates and relevant industry information, not for general promotional copy.
Requests may relate to company name, official website, headquarters country, company type, frozen food relevance, product segments, value chain position, public description, category placement or factual corrections.
What to include in your request
To help FrozeNet review the request, please include clear and specific information. The most useful submissions include:
- company name;
- official website;
- country of headquarters;
- relevant Industry Index category or categories;
- short explanation of the company's role in the frozen food value chain;
- main product or service segments;
- what information should be added, corrected or reviewed;
- public source links that support the request;
- your name, organization, role and contact email.
Requests for new company inclusion
Companies may suggest themselves or another relevant company for inclusion in the Industry Index. A request for inclusion does not guarantee publication.
FrozeNet may review whether the company is relevant to the frozen food value chain, whether enough public information is available, whether the company fits an existing category and whether the profile would be useful for a professional B2B audience.
Requests for corrections
If an existing company profile contains a factual error, please identify the exact issue and provide supporting information where available.
Useful correction requests are specific. For example, they may point to an incorrect official website, outdated headquarters information, wrong company type, outdated ownership reference, incorrect product segment or misleading category placement.
Requests for profile updates
Companies may submit updated public information about products, facilities, technology, services, markets, acquisitions, partnerships or strategic focus where it is relevant to the frozen food value chain.
FrozeNet may use submitted information as background material, but it may rewrite, shorten, restructure or decline promotional language. Company-supplied material is not automatically treated as independent verification.
What FrozeNet may do with the request
After receiving a request, FrozeNet may review the submitted information, compare it with public sources, update an existing profile, correct a factual error, change a category placement, add a new company or decide that no change is needed.
FrozeNet is not required to publish every submitted company, use every submitted text, accept every requested change or respond in detail to every request.
What not to send
Please do not send confidential business information, trade secrets, unpublished technical documents, private contracts, sensitive personal data or internal company material unless a separate written agreement is already in place.
General company descriptions, public source links, official web pages, product pages, non-confidential brochures and public announcements are usually more appropriate for this process.
Commercial material and advertising
A company update request is not the same as a sponsored content request or advertising inquiry. If your goal is paid visibility, sponsored content, newsletter sponsorship or partnership communication, please contact FrozeNet through the Advertise page or by email.
Paid participation does not automatically determine Industry Index inclusion or editorial wording. Commercial formats are handled separately from index methodology and editorial review.
AI-assisted review process
FrozeNet may use AI-assisted tools to help organize, summarize or compare submitted public information as part of its editorial workflow.
AI tools are not treated as factual authorities. Final review, wording, inclusion decisions, category placement and corrections remain under human editorial responsibility.

Please use a clear subject line, such as "Industry Index company update request" or "Industry Index company inclusion request". Include the company name and relevant URL in the message.
Review and response
FrozeNet reviews relevant requests where they fit the purpose of the Industry Index. Response times may vary depending on the amount of information provided, the complexity of the request and the editorial workload.
Submitting a request does not create a commercial relationship, editorial obligation, confidentiality obligation or guarantee of inclusion.
